All the reservations should be guaranteed by a valid form of payment i.e. by credit card, cash deposit, demand draft, vouchers and bill - to - company letter (in case the travel agent and the companies are listed in the credit list).

For FITs:

One night room charge per reserved room is considered as deposit to guarantee the booking.

For Group booking:

• +45 days: one night room charges per reserved is considered as deposit to block the rooms
• 45-30 days: 50% of the applicable room charges on total invoice as deposit to send the confirmation vouchers
• 30-15 days: Remaining amount on total invoice as deposit

In case of early departure 50% of the remaining nights are charged as retention.

For FITs (Booking up to 5 Rooms)

• +3 days before requested arrival date – Rs.500/-per booking or 5% of the booking value (whichever is higher)
• 3-0 days before requested arrival date or No Show - One night room charge per reserved room at confirmed rate (Excluding tax)

Reservations for five and more are considered as group booking. Please note that group bookings need to be cancelled at least 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellation of a group booking involves the following cancellation charges plus applicable taxes:

• +21 days before requested arrival date – There is cancellation fee of one night room charges per reserved rooms at confirmed rate
• 21-7 days before requested arrival date -- 50% of the applicable room charges on total invoice
• 7-0 days before requested date or No Show – 100% of the applicable room charges on total invoice

• Cyber Serviced apartments reserve the right to change the room rates and polices without any prior notice
• In case Cyber Serviced Apartments is unable to accommodate you for any reason we will arrange accommodation in a similar category of rooms and we will provide you transportation to another property and transportation back to our serviced apartments if we are able to accommodate you during the particular stay period
• It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification upon check-in
• The Primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to check into our Serviced Apartments
• The Amount shown does not include charges for optional services and facilities such as Telephone calls, Laundry, Cab, and Restaurant & Doctor on call. These will be charged upon check-out
• All disputes are subject to Hyderabad Jurisdiction only
